It is important to Miriwoong people that their language not be 'exported' to other places since it is part of the Miriwoong belief system that language, people, and land ought to remain inseparable. Another point of significance is that no parts of the language must be taught individually by non-Miriwoong people. We therefore ask you not to teach any of the information you learn about Miriwoong language or culture to others as this should be the role of MDWg.
